🛰️ Comms Protocol
We believe that every voice matters. At YOUNGA, we encourage thought-provoking and constructive conversations where members are introduced to diverse perspectives. Whether you agree or disagree, it’s important to respect each other’s lived experiences, backgrounds, and viewpoints. Healthy debate is welcome, but kindness and tolerance should guide your interactions. You can express disagreement and challenge ideas without being cruel or dismissive. Respectful dialogue is key to fostering a space where everyone feels valued, heard, and understood.
To ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, YOUNGA maintains a nonpartisan and non-denominational stance. We welcome individuals of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds, and strive to create a space where everyone feels respected and included. While personal identity and lived experience are valued, we do not promote political agendas or elevate any one religion above others. This neutrality helps ensure that no one feels excluded or pressured, and supports open, respectful dialogue across our diverse global community.

🤝 Collaboration Without Solicitation
- Meaningful Engagement: We encourage members to collaborate, share feedback, and build meaningful professional connections within the YOUNGA community. While exploring new project partnerships and peer support is welcomed, we ask that members refrain from directly requesting financial sponsorships, investments, or personal funding from peers, mentors, partners, or the YOUNGA team. Instead, focus on fostering constructive relationships and seeking valuable feedback and collaboration that contribute to your growth and the collective success of the community.
- Respecting Mentor Relationships: Our mentor match-ups, especially one-on-one sessions with executives or leaders, are designed for professional guidance and development. It is important to engage in these interactions with respect, focusing on mentorship and guidance rather than soliciting personal financial assistance or sponsorship.
- Supporting Professional Growth: YOUNGA is dedicated to supporting your professional development by facilitating introductions, sharing resources, and providing access to impact-driven opportunities. Please engage with peers, guest speakers and mentors in ways that promote mutual respect and professional relationships.
