At COP28, we partnered with TIME for The Face of Change campaign, hosting a next-gen mastermind to address the climate-driven health crisis. The event explored the climate-health nexus and fostered intergenerational ideas to advance sustainable, life-saving health solutions and impactful policies.

In advance of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, YOUNGA co-hosted a global mastermind event with UN Women to engage young people around the Generation Equality Forum’s six action coalitions. The event brought together 160+ young changemakers and industry mentors, including 25 speakers, to identify challenges and solutions for advancing gender equality, with notable experts such as Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka and Dr. Alaa Murabit.

YOUNGA partnered with Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez to launch a next-gen ambassador program focused on destigmatizing mental health and increasing access for young people. YOUNGA enrolled 48 Rare Impact Ambassadors into its Delegate Upskill Accelerator, providing skills masterminds, policy consultations with health officials, and expert mentorship calls to support their growth as youth mental health advocates.

For UN World Ocean Day, YOUNGA partnered with Bermuda Asset Management to host a next-gen blue economy experience, bringing together global thought leaders, youth activists, and impact investors to explore intergenerational solutions for marine life and island nations. Collaborations centered on SDG 14 topics such as biodiversity, renewable energy, and coastal resiliency, showcasing the power of collective action to drive meaningful impact.

IBM Z aimed to instill an entrepreneurial mindset in youth, preparing them for the future of work with a focus on curiosity, innovation, and constant improvement. We hosted a virtual mastermind connecting young people with IBM experts, followed by a "Quantum Beats Hackathon" where participants learned quantum computing and applied it creatively to DJ beats, equipping them with skills to address local challenges and embrace the concept of "Tech for Good."

Our founder, Kelly Lovell, brought the perspectives of our global youth community to the Cannes Film Festival, co-hosting an activation to drive multistakeholder engagement around plastic solutions and green innovation. The event brought together industry leaders to explore sustainable approaches, including green media, education programs, and innovative environmental solutions, driving collective action for a sustainable future.
